フジトヨは、自社のクロコダイル革を使ってバッグや革小物として仕立てる一貫生産体制を備えています。この体制は世界的にも珍しいとされていますが、実は非常に理にかなっています。平らで大判な牛の革などと比べると、クロコダイル革は革の凹凸が多く、革の幅も細長いため、革の裁断、漉き、縫製と、製品として完成するまでのすべての工程において、独自のスキルと知識が必要となるためです。

FUJITOYO has an integrated production system to manufacture bags and leather accessories from crocodile leather we tanned in-house. This system is considered to be rare in the world, but it actually stands to reason.
Compared to flat and large cowhide leather, crocodile leather has rich puffy raised surface texture and is narrow in width; hence it requires one-of-the-kind skills and knowledge.
We have continued to make crocodile leather products with high quality while making full use of our own manufacturing techniques. The quality has a track record of passing the strict standards of various brands around the world.
